• The candidates who apply for soldier clerk. They should 12th passed with 60% aggregate and minimum 50% in other subjects with English, Maths Karma account.
• The candidate who apply for soldier technical, should have physics Chemistry Maths and English with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 45% in each subject. 
• All candidates who apply for tradesman should be 8th pass. 
• NA candidates need to pass 12th with PCB.
• SKT candidates need pass 12th class with 50%.

Indian Army Relation Bharti 2020 Selection Process

Physical Test:- 

Race:- The running of candidates is 1.6 km for Soldier technical, clerk there are group wise marks for Soldier GD and tradesman is that is given below-

• Group 1st:- From 5 minutes 20 seconds to 5 minutes 30 seconds (60 marks).
• Group 2nd:- from 5 minutes 31 second to 5 minutes 45 seconds Group II (48 marks).

Pull Ups:- In the physical after the running then there is the procedure of pull ups, Chin touch. The Conjuring candidates applying for Soldier technical/ NA and Clark/SKT have to only qualify in pull ups. The GD soldier and tradesman of marking system for number of pull ups for all the categories are categorized below-

• 10 pull ups- 40 marks.
• 9 pull ups- 33 marks.
• 8 pull ups- 27 marks.
• 7 pull ups- 21 marks.
• 6 pull ups- 16 marks.
• Below pull ups fails.

After the physical measurement test those candidates qualify in PFT( physical fitness test) their height, weight and chest are measures. It is conducted according to physical standards applicable for particular state.

Zig Zag Balance:- Required to qualify

9 feet Ditch:- Required to qualify

Height:- 

• Soldier GD and tradesman:- 166 CM.
• Soldier technical and NA:- 163 CM.
• Soldier clerk:- 162 CM.

Chest:- 77 cm - 81 cm.

Weight:- 48 kg.

Medical:-

All candidates who qualified their PST are qualified for medical test. They should have good mental health, their ears are cleared, they have not sweating problem, no accidental accident marks on their body etc. Then they are qualified for medical. The medical test is taken by military doctors, those candidates who have some problems are referred to check up on military hospitals.

Written test:- 

The final selection of candidates is written test of soldier GD, tradesman, technical. The written test for Soldier GD, soldiers, tradesman carries 100 marks each.

Exam pattern for GD exam:- 

General knowledge, general science and maths. The time for Soldier GD written exam is 1 hour. The general knowledge 15 question 30 marks. The general science 20 question 40 marks and maths 15 question 30 marks. The passing marks for the general duty soldier is 32.

Soldier tradesman(8th/10th standard):- 

Topics of soldier tradesman written exam is general knowledge, general science, maths.
The one time is given for the paper total marks for Soldier tradesman is hundred in 32 is passing marks.

Soldier Technical:- 

1. General knowledge:- 10 questions 20 marks.
2. Maths:- 15 questions 30 marks.
3. Physics:- 10 question 20 marks.
4. Chemistry:- 10 question 20 marks.

Total marks are hundred and time period is 1 hour and passing marks number is 40.
