The candidates must have studied 8 subjects which are the mandatory subjects during their educational period.
3. Ground Branch:- The ground branch of the IAF is also known as the GDBC( Ground Duty Officers Course) is the ground-based unit that operates the entire administrative section of the IAF. 4). Educational Section:- This section of the ground branch is only offered to the candidates who are postgraduates with the following requirements.

5). Meteorology section:- This section of the ground branch is entrusted with duties to operate the various equipment regarding the satellite imaginary and monitoring equipment an such.
